This corn salad recipe has a lovely smokey flavour which comes from grilling the corn on a BBQ. The maple syrup and balsamic vinegar dressing sounds unusual, but tastes great.


If you don't have maple syrup on hand use honey instead. Likewise, if you do not have a BBQ available you can cook the corn in a griddle pan.

Manage stress and boredom with exercise, not food. Many of us turn to junk food when we're bored or stressed. Why not try going for a walk or jog instead, or better yet, pump some iron or go a few rounds on a punching bag, you'll feel a lot better.
