On an average Body Mass Index basis, Australia ranks as the third most overweight

said they spend more than $1,000 per year on exercise.

45% of visitors want to lose between 10 and 20kgs.
85% of visitors buy reduced fat products.
65% exercise up to 3 times per week.
70% are trying to eat fewer carbohydrates.
53% eat take away food more than twice per week.
90% of visitors are women.
So what does all this mean?
