Those of us who want to lose weight and keep it off often need to follow a diet or eating plan of some kind to ensure we don't stray off track and consume more calories than we need to maintain a healthy bodyweight.

Below are links to some weight loss diets, or healthy eating plans as we prefer to call them, that might help you to lose all the weight you want. Each diet is slightly different, recognising that we all have different tastes and goals. What these eating plans have in common is that they include everyday foods, aren't too restrictive and are flexible enough to cater to your individual needs. Because each food listed in these diets has its own calorie and kilojoule value listed, you can add, remove and substitute foods as you like. These plans were developed a couple of years ago and are free for you to use.
