I am an R.N. and I have worked in the field of Nursing for a long time.

When I finally gave up dieting, I came across a way to lose weight so easily.

I went from a Aus size 16 to a size 8 and have kept the weight off for over a year.

My health improved immensely and it wasn't only the weight loss which helped, it was that my Plan incorporated eating more food and better quality food than before.

There are a few little tips and tricks in the book which I discovered to stop that hunger and a few exercises which are fun to do.

Weight loss will happen on this plan no matter how much you weigh.

When you get the concept of the Plan into your mind, you will not feel like you usually do when you are dieting. Instead you will feel relieved because you can eat food without worrying if it will make you put on weight.

Gaining weight isn't a matter of Rocket science, so why should Rocket science make you lose weight?

We Australians are a multicultural country and so this Plan will suit anyone because it is about you making the choices regarding what type of foods you consume.

If you are from Asia and like to eat rice for Breakfast, then have it. If you like Pancakes with Maple syrup then have it.
