I
am an R.N. and I have worked in the
field of Nursing for a long time.
When
I finally gave up dieting, I came across
a way to lose weight so easily.
I went
from a Aus size 16 to a size 8 and
have kept the weight off for over a
year.
My health improved immensely
and it wasn't only the weight loss
