hello to give me a really good work out on the treadmil i have burnt heaps of cds with songs that get me pumped up to the max..
like crank that- soulja boy, ida corr- let me think about it, the creeps etc etc then after listening to 3 or 4 really fast songs i will listen to something like "lights surrounding you" then go back to the motivating club music.. ha it works for me....
My First Goal is to be under 110kg reward=gym membership
