January went ok but i didnt go to the gym much and 'tried' to watch my weight but didnt happen. Now im thinking ok i need to buckle down.... Im starting my KM diet on Monday (going out for dinner tonight and Sat night so i thought start at the begining of the week) and going to the gym Mon, Tues and Fri nights for a few hours.
Is there anyone who wants to buckle down with me and if they can log in everyday to state what they have done for that day?
