Diet and Exercise Daily Diary

I joined the gym last year and went alllllll the time! Almost everynight and then i got sick, then sick again (kids kept bringing home bugs). I went maybe once a week then thought bugger it Xmas is here Yippee its bourbon month!

January went ok but i didnt go to the gym much and 'tried' to watch my weight but didnt happen. Now im thinking ok i need to buckle down.... Im starting my KM diet on Monday (going out for dinner tonight and Sat night so i thought start at the begining of the week) and going to the gym Mon, Tues and Fri nights for a few hours.

Is there anyone who wants to buckle down with me and if they can log in everyday to state what they have done for that day?

Maybe cut and paste this everyday (please feel free to add anything to the list):

I need some motivation and would love to help motivate you too :D

Ooohhh, i'll do it! And we're pretty much the same weight too, which trust me is a huge motivating factor! :D
Had my baby girl Leah on 13/12/10!

Weight at 40 weeks: 81.5kg
SW 4 days post-baby: 74.4kg
CW: 67kg

1st mini goal: 72kg - DONE!
2nd mini goal: 70kg - DONE!
3rd mini goal: 67kg - DONE!

4th mini goal: 64kg

Great! I agree its great how we are almost the same weight! We both need to loose 10kg. What type of diet and exersise are you going to do? Do you have kids? Go to the gym?

I have 2 kids and need to wait until hubby gets home from work to go to the gym. I think thats why im not that motivated cose if he's late i miss out on my class and i find thats a good enough excuse to not go at all :oops: BUT im not going to use that excuse anymore! Im cooking a pork roast tomorrow with crackle and all veges and having a few drinks so when i start Monday i know i have had my time 'off'. Im actually looking forward to it!!! :D

I'm not really going to do any specific diet, just healthy eating and hopefully plenty of water. I'm going to go to Curves about 3 times a week, maybe some aerobics and jogging.

I dont have any kiddies, but my wedding is in mid July! I'm freaking out at the thought of needing to get into shape by then lol. In terms of kids, I say use them as your exercise! Run after them, use them as weights, whatever floats your boat hehe :lol:

Dinner: Steak and beans
Snacks: Salad
Exercise: Gym for an hour
Vitamins: Yes

I went well yesterday but i need to drink ALOT more water and have more fruit. But i feel good today. How did you go Shay? :D

Breakfast: 2 wheat biscuits with skim milk
Lunch: vegan food -2 small dumplings, bean sprouts, tofu, noodles (an average plate in total)
Dinner: Lentil soup
Snacks: tea, grapes
Exercise: Did a training session at Curves (30 mins)

Felt great after I finished from the gym, on a real high :D

Good on you Nag and Shay! I won't be joining this challenge because I've stopped monitoring my calories in an attempt to beat my weight loss plateau (looooong story!) I just wanted to pop in and wish you all the best with your diet and exercise diary. Way to go!

Well done girls! How are you both doing?

Not sure if you've seen, but you can enter an exercise diary in that section and a food diary in that section too. That way you have a few more people to work with. I'm in there almost everyday so you're guaranteed at least 1 more buddy ;)
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
