8 weeks of running and training leading up to this fun run (perth).
who else is going? this is a good motivation for me and my mum has joined in with me.
we are starting tomorrow. we are going strict on our eating and going to be excersising and walk/jog/run 4 times a week to lead up to this event. I encourage everyone to give it a go! with all that training and 8 weeks im hoping to shed some kilos.
