Last week we were advised that my usual gym was being closed for maintenance for two weeks! I was worried about my weightloss however thismorning I went to the local gym and did this class - it was awesome!
I used to underestimate the power of these classes, but if you push yourself, they're great! Here's what I did:
1. 500m run (it was hard because the people in the class were super fit and they ran really fast!)
2. 30 mins of circuits which consisted of a punching bag, situps, pushups, weighted lunges and skipping.
3. 30 mins cycling. 2 hills and a recovery.
I was so buggered afterwards that I lost my voice! But im going back tomorrow for sure!
The best thing about it is all the super fit people around you who motivate you and give you energy (particularly in that running bit)
