Thought I would share this... I was folding the washing today, I usually sit down in front of the telly to do this. Well for a range of reasons (mostly laziness on my part) a weeks worth of washing was sitting on the floor in front of the cupboard, so I decided to pick it up piece by piece, doing squats to get down to the floor for each item of washing.
Sheesh can I tell you! A weeks worth of washing is a lot of squats! My thighs feel traumatised, and I can feel that soreness in my butt! Who would have thought folding the washing could be such great exercise
