The main reason i don't bother is because i know i can lose weight without exercising, i've done it before. It's really hard to get that out of my head. I understand that exercise is important for over all health and i should do it... yet i don't.
Is anyone else telling themselves "oh yeah i will start doing some exercise soon"... but you never get around to it? lol. I'm about to drag my exercise bike out from under a pile of crap, not looking forward to it. I feel a bit embarrassed when i read how much exercise everyone else is doing! I guess that's a good thing if it makes me want to get off my butt.
