It is important to have a proper music while having a work out. This will help you to have a good mood while doing your exercise regime. Buy a great CD from a local music store.

The song that makes me pump when working out, doesn't matter how tired I am, I can always manage to run another km to this song:

Souja Boy - Travis Barker Production.

Awesome

Slapped a new collection on to my mp3 player. Includes Crystal Method, BT and other songs with pumping beats to keep my legs moving while on the bike.

I love all kinds of music, but nothing gets me pumped when i'm working out like rap music. Have you ever tried to workout without any music? It's almost impossible for me! So give me my Jay Z and let me go at it!
