Hiya, since I have been wearing a pedometer I realise just how much I need to get off my butt and start moving more!! I have started getting up in each add break of my favourite tv shows and marching on the spot (I tried walking around the lounge room, but I got dizzy! LOL) It is fun when you get into it and I was adding 200-220 steps during each add break!! It really works up a sweat when you get those legs pumping and you can feel it happening in your calves!! I find it is an easy way to add some exercise into my day instead of just sitting and watching tv all the time!!
