its nearing towards the end of my uni holidays and i am excited (yes EXCITED!) to be going back soon.
its a looong break (end of nov to start of march) and yeah i am ready to get back into the books. (second yr of bach of business)
Next week i am going to be getting up at 7 am just to train myself and remind myself that waking up at 11 am isnt normal!!
im also going to buy some excerise dvds and do one from 7-8 am each morning.
i think when i get back into uni and part time work i will forget to excerise. i have always never given it priority in my life.
i am planning on buying (or burning shhhhh) 1 aerobic DVD, 1 fitball DVD ( to use with my excerise ball) and 1 cardio kick DVD and alternate them between the mornings. maybe even a yoga or pilates dvd?
