I've been dragging my feet with my workouts lately... just don't seem to have the energy. But, I have pushed myself and forced myself to complete everything on my program, even though it has been painful :(

Anyway, I got to thinking... I'm at the gym for say two hours max every day. But, there are 24 hours in every day. So really, I spend two hours in pain, to enjoy 22 hours of great results! Makes it all seem worth it :wink:

great thought there sarah. they always say "beauty is pain" so think if you want to feel beautiful inside as well as out you have to put in the hard yards.
