You are very right Pino. I don't have a car at the moment (hopefully that will happen in the next couple of months). I live close to town, and school for the kids so I walk everywhere out of neccesity. I have noticed the difference, and if I have a couple of days where I haven't had to - or couldn't - go out I start to feel cooped up and just plain blaaah. Hopefully when I finally get the car I will just keep up the "walking for a purpose" out of habit. It will be cheaper than using the car too, so that is an added bonus as well (I really am a cheapskate

).
