i ahve to walk to the train station in 45 but i so just want to get on the tram... make me do it pleaseeeeeeeeee

Go for it girl!! You have nothing to lose but weight!! Seriously, don't think about it, just tell yourself it's not an option, you just have to do it. If I allow myself to think exercise isn't an option, it just doesn't get done. Cheers, Molli.

definitely walk :) it looks like you're in melbourne & it's not a bad afternoon for a walk.

walking after work is a great way to get rid of the day's stresses so you go home more relaxed.

plus, if you do the walk then you can relax after dinner and watch big brother instead of knowing you should be doing some sort of exercise!
