Hi sassi :P

Get off the couch mate!!! Have you had a healthy dinner and exercised yet???

I have a new motivational mantra which has been helping me a LOT these past few weeks... "Just keep moving". Everytime I find myself drifting into a bit of a trance (ie watching TV, Facebooking, day dreaming etc.) I say to myself "Just keep moving" and i get up and do the dishes or put the washing away. As long as I'm doing 'something', I feel like I'm making progress, no matter how small :D

Ciao bella!

Its hard some days isnt it! I like Sans mantra of 'just keep moving' ive made myself get into a routine, as soon as i get home from work i get changed and exercise. No sitting even for a minute because once i sit, thats it! Sometimes im literally dragging my feet and getting changed super slow like a small child would!! But its worked for me.

Plus Sassi you'll feel so much better when you do and then it will be over and done with!! :D

how'd you go sassi? sometimes its easy to want to just sit down and relax after a long day, but think how well you are going to sleep after your workout!

i sure did feel better for it! and this morning i did 10 mins on the bike & then 10 mins of weights just to get me started for the day.

if i can just string 2 weeks together of exercise i think i'll be set & a fair way to having a routine. as it is, because i've been exercising fairly regularly over the last month or two, i really feel ick if i don't exercise for a day now.

next week will be challenging - i have 3 days of working late-ish. well, only till about 7.30 each day, but by the time i get home & have dinner i'll be pretty tired. i'll need some more of san's big boot i think!
