Saturday we went for a walk after seeing the bloke's nan. From Wynyard town centre to Fossil bluff. 10600steps. Then a walk after dinner (6000 steps). Did 18000steps total that day all up.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
