Well slack old me only went for 40 mins. Decided to explore another track instead and it went to the highway fairly quickly. So walked around our area and then home was too close and the gravity pulled me there way too quickly!!! It actually started to rain as well and I really don't enjoy walking in the rain. But 40 mins was alright.

Saturday we went for a walk after seeing the bloke's nan. From Wynyard town centre to Fossil bluff. 10600steps. Then a walk after dinner (6000 steps). Did 18000steps total that day all up.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
