I'm about to go for my 50 min walk to work off the damn mars bar. It won't be enough of a walk to work it all off but hey it's better than sitting on my butt!!!!

Didn't do much walking today as we spent most of the day driving. manages 3000steps and I did 20 situps at home.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
