I will be going for a walk round the waterworks today and doing the shopping.

went for an hour walk (8500) and did some high stepping on the flats to add extra energy burn (thanks to whoever gave me that idea). Then I went to a friends for a cuppa. Only thiing was I lost track of time and by the time I'd got home from my walk and had a shower, it was time to go to my friends then shopping, so I missed lunch :oops: .

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Walked for 30 mins this morning and did 2 sets each of about 8 different arm exercises with 2kg weights. Hope to go again this afternoon for a walk for 25 mins or maybe more depending on how I feel.

Went for 50 mins yesterday arvo......yay!
