Walked in to town (to return some cream that the pharmacist gave me for eczema but which I then read was not to be used for eczma :x ) and then to uni and home again 10000 steps ish
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
