Taking a break from walking today as my hips are feeling it a bit. So today I did 1/2 an hour of pilates and we will play an hour or so of badminton tonight.

I was slack yesterday and didn't do any exercise at all......and ate heaps of crap!! I've made up for it with a 1 hr 40 min walk this morning tho. :D It was 7.6kms and 10700 steps. So I was pretty pleased with that. My feet aren't hurting as much as they did last time i did such a large walk, so I am happy with that.

O and I came home and did 40 mins up and down the ladder washing the outside walls(colourbond) and windows. Totally buggered after that but might go out and do another 30 mins or so shortly. It will take me approx. 10 to 12 hours to do the entire house! Its a huge job and really needs to be done about every 3 months or so because of all the dust around. Living out of town on small acreage isn't all fabulous! Next week's task - finish washing walls then re-oil the verandah decking again!!! Another 10 hour or so job because there is 170sqm and you slap it on and then come back an hour later and squat down and rub the stuff off!!!

well my intended badminton game didn't come to fruition :( . I had got the centre's opening time all mixed up, so I thought their closing time was their opening time :x.

So my exercise for today was only the pilates.
