I walked to work, worked all day then did the shopping and cooked for guests!! Very busy day which is why I didn't make it on here yeaterday.

My pedometer only read 6600 steps, but there was lots of bending, lifting etc, and I did some situps and leg lifts too.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Did the grocery shopping that took nearly an hour. I parked towards the back of the car park as well so I had that bit further to walk!

Went for a ride with the kids after tea last night. It was quite a warm day so we went after 7. For about 20 mins.

So not a huge day of exercise but not to worry.
