Walk/jog with DH this morning -30minutes (6am)

Treadmill walk -30minutes later tonight (I promise).

Hey chelle, just a question (hope you dont mind!) exercise wise, in the future will you need to change much while you are pg? I know they say heavy weights etc..but is that it? Im only asking cos while I was pregnant I sat on my butt like a fly on a toffee :D hehee so I dont really know! xx
