Week 1 Day 2 of C25K Running Program (1/2 hour run/walk + 10 min stretching)

30 min Power Walk at Lunch Time (Power shuffle, more like it :P :P I was soo sore from Monday's run!!)

50 sit ups
50 lifts with Hannah on my legs(14 kg of kid lol)
50 lying abductions each leg
20 mins walking/running
70 star jumps
