Well due to the inordinate amount of exercise I performed yesterday, I will be going for just an easy stroll around the waterworks today.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Went for a 30 min walk this morning. Was 2.5kms and just over 3500 steps. I am planning to go again shortly for another 30 mins or so.

Went for an afternoon walk for 40 mins, was 4200 steps, and was 3km. So I did 1 hour and 10 mins for the day.
