Walked for 40 mins in the morning. Was just over 3kms and about 4200 steps. Had planned to go for another walk in the afternoon but felt really nauseus. I am sure it has something to do with my blood sugar levels as it just comes across so suddenly and then a few hours later I feel fine again! I only ate a small amount of dinner. Then I felt reasonable after that.

Did an hour on Mum's exercise bike. 23km. Legs were still very stiff.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
