As soon as the kids go to school I am going to find this new track. Couldn't find it yesterday but I was looking in the wrong spot...doh!!! So I'm not sure how long the walk will be but I am thinking probably about an hour if it goes where I think it goes! I didn't do the hour of exercise yesterday so I definitely want to do it today.

another hour on the exercise bike. 22km. Legs were a little less sore so I was able to manage a constant routine of 1km on setting 1 then 1km on setting 2 and so on. But now my bum is saddle sore :lol:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
