another hour on the exercise bike. 22km. Legs were a little less sore so I was able to manage a constant routine of 1km on setting 1 then 1km on setting 2 and so on. But now my bum is saddle sore
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
