Week 2 Day 1 C25K Running program (5 min warmup, 20 min interval runs of alternate 90 secs running, 2 mins walking, 5 min cooldown) + an extra 5 min at the end walking + stretches

Went for a 20min walk = 700mtrs ... Hoping to crack the 1km tomorrow :D
