30 min Power Walk at Lunchtime

Week 2 Day 3 C25K Running Program (5 min warm up walk, 6x intervals of 90 secs running, 2 mins walking, 5 min cool down walk) + an extra 10 mins cool down walk + stretching.

I don't know how much walking I done since I been out and about all day. ( I don't have a car)
