My exercise today is pruning all the bushes and trees before the green waste collection guy drives down our street. :shock:

LOL better get a move on then! I walked round the waterworks.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Monday I walked to my mother in laws in the morning....went the long way, so 1/2 hour walk there and about 12 mins or so on the way back. In the evening I went for a 25 min walk.
