One and a half hours of brisk walking again, with about twelve minutes of that time spent jogging.

I took about only a 10 min walk :? while we were out

did arm weights

100 crunches
200 squats
100 pelvic floor moves
JEZ

Starting Weight 20/1/08 ~ 86kg
28/1/08 ~ 85kg
2 /2/08 ~ 84.2

30 minute walk with Buba and
15 minute walk to the bus stop.
