50 crunches
100 dumbbell lifts
20 step-ups

Got up at 6:00am to go for a walk before work. I decided before work was a better option for me otherwise I wouldn't be able to get on here!! Round the waterworks with a little jogging included.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
