1 hour power walk
20 minutes jogging (Not broken up for once. Yay me!)
1/2 hour normal old walk to uni and to the shoe shop.
1/2 hour walk home wearing my new Fit Flops that they claim make your leg muscles work harder than normal. Yikes! They weren't kidding! I'm used to walking everywhere, but I found my heart-rate was really pumping and my legs aching just by walking at a normal pace.
