60 minutes of walking whilst doing the shopping
100 dumbbell lifts (they're 3kg each)

2.5 km walk this morning

2.6 this evening (walking with my 3yo so much slower than this morning)

Up at 6 to go round the waterworks again. 8500-9000 steps. jogging included.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
