Up at 6 again to go for walk. Only wnet round the lower resevoir today as i wasn't feeling well and had a blister on my toe! Also, I was finding that both lakes left me little time to prepare for work and I felt all rushed and panicky (which I don't like).
Doing the one lake was 6800steps (including jogging) allowed me more time in the morning, and I still did 11000steps during the day with work, so I'll stay doing that for a while, but making sure I include jogging to up the intensity
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
