Week 4 Day 1 of C25K Running Program (5 min warm up walk, 3 min run, 90 sec walk, 5 min run, 2.5 min walk, repeat, 5 min cool down walk) + extra 5 mins cool down walk & stretches

Far out, I did not think I'd be able to run the 5 min blocks, but I did it - YAY MEEEEEEE!
