Did my upper body exercises today that the physiologist showed me. She was happy for me to start off by doing one set each, then work my way up. Imanaged to do 4 rounds of each exercise ... ( 12 in each set of 4 different exercises ). !! So already beat it by 4 ! Although it did kill !!
