I'm not sure that I'll do much today. I'm feeling like I'm getting a cold and the late night last night didn't help :( . So I think I'll just take it easy and just do the shopping and the cleaning and maybe some strength exercises (pushups, situps etc) rather than a walk.

30 of each: situps, leg lifts, pushups, squats.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

15 sit ups
15 lower lift ups
