15min power walk at Lunchtime
25min evening walk
5 min upper body workout - intensive workout, didnt stop once just kept going :D

Walked 7 stairs due to lift problem.
Walked for 1 hour in Darling Harbour.

My legs are a bit sore but I feel fine.

I am too fat...
