Up at 6 for the morning walk/jog. said 5900steps this time
Not sure the pedometer reads accurately when I'm jogging and walking. Racked up around 9200steps during day.
I have also been called in for Badminton so that will be about an hour which i will count towards exercise for tomorrow so that I can sleep in (I won't get home till 9:30 at earliest so might not be able to get up early enough to go walkies)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
