I did my jog/walk round the waterworks lower dam after work today as I didn't get home till 10.30 after badminton and probably didn't get to bed and to sleep before 12 so didn't want to get up at 6. 7 was bad enough
I have to have my 8 hours!!!!!!
Pedometer read 11500 steps during the day. Don't know how accurate that is though.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
