Week 5 Day 2 C25K Running Program (5 min warm up walk, 8 min run, 5 min walk, 8 min run, 5 min cool down walk) + extra 5 mins cool down walk + stretching

Busy day at work and at home.
Did not exercise.
Eat less instead.
Will aim to exercise tomorrow.
