Just got stuck into the mountain of laundry today.

Went for my walk/jog in the arvo again. My legs felt like lead, and I was getting calf cramps and stitches. Pushed myself to do the bottom dam circuit though.
11000steps through day.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
