This is my first entry on the forum!

30 minute fitness circuit class

10 laps of a 25mtr pool - 5 freestyle, 5 breathstroke

I was buggered! Only entering my 2nd week (as of today) of purpose exercise so i'm really feeling it!

45 mins cross-trainer at home
30 mins cardio at the gym, plus about 15 mins of weights
Walked about 7kms as well... I actually had WORK to do yesterday, measuring roads! Got sunburnt and then got massively rained on! I'm sure I'll get a cold after all that :lol:
