20 minute horse ride
Have eaten nothing all day and have only drunk water and way too much beer. Had to get one of my beloved dogs put down yesterday under horrific circumstances so I have 0 appetite and a whole lot of anger and frustration to vent that I have been doing in the form of exercise and crying my eyes out
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
