Week 5 Day 3 C25K Running Program (5 min warm up walk, 20 min run, 5 min cool down walk) + stretching

I did NOTHING today, unless you call walking to and from the fridge all day exercise :oops:

Ah well its Christmas! Well, thats my excuse and i'm sticking with it :lol:

I'll get back into it tomorrow!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

too bloody hot to excercise, was 41 in perth today! i did manage to walk to and from the dinner table several times, and once i twice i even managed to throw a ball to the dog :P

and the weather man said it is going to be even hotter in Perth tomorrow :shock: aw well i spose i should do some laps in the swimming pool, to work off all the Christmas festivities :D
