20 crunches
20 step-ups
20 leg lifts (each leg)
100 dumbbell lifts (they weight 3kg each)

I don't like to go walking too often as my exercise because it aches my left knee and when I was with eDiets so many of the ladies there had to have knee replacement surgery from wearing their knee from walking.

YOur exersise sounds interesting and as lond as you are sweating and huffing and puffing it doesent matter what you do.
I have a bad knee to but my doc told me the best thing I could do for it was walk.

I sometimes worry about it but I guess now that I am almost 40 kilos lighter it would have helped.I guess being obese made it that way in the first place so hopefully the exersise will strengthen it.

Better catch up on what i have done over the weekend. Friday, nothing as we drove up north. Saturday played bandminton. Sunday walked to waterworks carrying BBQ-ables and home.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
