So far today....
30 mins cross trainer
40 mins walking

Later tonight...
20 mins stepper
20 mins treadmill
20 mins weights

Only an hour and a half to go before I can get ready to go to the gym. It's harder work sitting here than it is working out at the gym!!!

I worked to work.

My car died a week ago and we can't afford to get it fixed (it'll only cost around $130 but after Christmas the bank accounts are a little dry!), so I've been forced to walk to work.

However, Mark is always home before me so he picks me up.

But yesterday, I also worked home. Big achievement for me as I stand on my feet all day so I was tired and it was over 30 degrees outside. Plus, my co-worker was tempting me to get Mark to pick me up.

So, yep, walked the 1km to and from work.

Big achievement for me.

I find it hard to exercise on the days I work because my work is so physical. So I'm happy! :D
