Today so far...
40 mins cross trainer
40 mins walking in the heat (gosh it's hot!!!!)

Later tonight...
20 mins stepper
20 mins treadmill
20 mins weights

Then I can go home and sleep, woo hoo!!! 8)

30 min walk - it was an easy walk though because my calves are killing me from yesterday!

15 mins weight with 5 mins stretching before and after - are you proud Mandie :lol: ?

25 min horse ride

I might go for another short walk tonight with hubby.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Although completely unconventional

2 games ten pin bowling
11 mins upper body workout - increase of 1 minute. I know it's not alot, but Im getting there :)

Thats great Helen! Bowling is such enjoyable exercise, I wish we had it in our little country town.

And a huge WELL DONE on your 1 minute weights increase - thats fantastic!
